To maintain the momentum of the Dirt Crits series and to get riders prepped for the forthcoming winter series we are offering a series of three skills sessions with some of the Club's fully accredited mountain bike coaches. These sessions will suit beginner and intermediate riders. Junior riders are particularly encouraged to participate.
Skills being covered include: gears, braking, trail awareness, body position and cornering.
We can accept registrations in the following age groups:
Over 15 years
The sessions will be held on Saturday afternoons at the Baco trails in Castlemaine on three weekends in March and April. Each session will run for 2 hours. It is intended that you attend each session to progressively build up the range of skills being coached.
The first session will be held on Saturday 27 March from 3pm to 5pm; subsequent sessions are on 10 and 24 April.
The cost of the full program will be just $50 for members of the Rocky Riders. If you need to obtain or renew membership have a look at the range of memberships (including the four week trial membership) available through AusCycling.
Bookings can be made via email: firstname.lastname@example.org You will be emailed a confirmation and details of how to make payment for the sessions.
